Hello!

Short summary: if i run ktorrent in my project neon session (4.11.60) it
doesnt show ANY plugins that are available in ktorrent which runs in
normal kde session (4.11.2) the plugins tab is completely empty and in
preferences/ktorrent also you cannot find any part of the preferences
that would enable you to turn on the plugins. I dont know if this should
be reported under ktorrent in bugs.kde or under project neon in
launchpad, so i appologize if i reported it under wrong bug tracking
website. Thank you for your kind reply and help
