Public bug reported:

>From the Panel settings  menu, click on the "More Settings" button.  The
menu appears but fails to disapper when focus is directed elsewhere.
However, panel menu auto closes just fine.  "More Settings" menu can be
dismissed by re-opening the panel menu toggle clicking the "More
Settings" button.
