Logging into my Neon5 session, under System Settings, I see duplicate Oxygen cursor themes.
I assume that only occurs for people with both Plasma 4 and Neon5 installed together?

If it is upstream, I opened https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=336548
