Currently it is possible to open up to three layers of modal dialogs,
i.e.:
- moderator mode (this is the normal view)
- aspect manager dialog
- add participant dialog
- add focus

See also the attached screenshot. One solution would be to make the aspect
manager a "mode" (like i.e. moderator) in revager, instead of using this
modal dialog.
