How to reproduce:

1.) create a new review, but do not enter preparation time(s)
2.) export to PDF

Expected behavior:

The protocol does not mention the preparation time OR the protocol
mentions the preparation time but says "no preparation time was
entered".

Actual behavior:

The protocol contains an empty header "preparation time".
