SUT: RevAger 1.4.1 RC1

How to reproduce:
- start Revager in German
- start planning a review and enter some data but don't save the changes
- go to the setting dialog
- change the application language to English
- a popup dialog appears, asking whether you want to restart the application to make the change effective. Say yes.
- another popup dialog appears, asking whether you want to save the existing review (options: yes, no, aboirt). Say abort
- You are back in the main window
- Go to the settings dialog

Expected behavior:
- the language option shows the current (German) language or
- the language option shows the new (English) option, but with some hint, that this change requires an application restart
- any other ideas?

Actual behavior:
- the language option shows the new (English) option although the application runs in German which is a mismatch somehow
