SUT: RevAger 1.4.1

If you start planning a meeting in English, there is no way to switch to
the German aspects catalogue later. Therefore, you will still have the
english version of i.e. the specification catalogue, even if you switch
the application to German.

The only workaround I found so far is to save the review, purge the
settings /home/user/.revager, start the app in the desired language, and
then click on "manage aspects" => this will reload the catalogs in the
correct (=actual) language.

This is easier for 3rd party catalogs of course, but very cumbersome for
the built-in ones.
