Public bug reported:

When adding a new session, there is the checkbox and field to enter
information about why this session was canceled. Both options are greyed
out but obsolete, in case you add a new session since you would probably
never want to add a new, canceled session.

The way the elements are styled imposes, that after clicking "canceled"
you could enter the information, but the checkbox is disabled anyways.

Suggested fix: Completely hide both the checkbox and the field when
adding new sessions.
