Public bug reported:

If i want to exclude a directory (for example /home/user/UPPER), in
SBackup GUI when i click Exclude -> Add Directory it saves it in Lower
Case (/home/user/upper) and by backup it doesn't exclude the
/home/user/UPPER. It must be rewritten in /etc/sbackup.conf manualy.
