Message #01036
[Bug 558318] [NEW] sbackup do not start a backup
Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: sbackup
When I run `Simple Backup Config` and hit the button `Backup Now!` it
opens a new window which says that the backup starts and the process-ID
will be shown. After that nothing happens. When I look at the process it
shows:
$ ps -p 22689
22689 ? 00:00:00 simple-backup-c <defunct>
So when i run the sbackup manually from the command-line it works well
for me.
I use:
Description: Ubuntu lucid (development branch)
Release: 10.04
sbackup:
Installed: 0.10.5ubuntu2
Candidate: 0.10.5ubuntu2
Version table:
*** 0.10.5ubuntu2 0
500 http://at.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ lucid/universe Packages
100 /var/lib/dpkg/status
** Affects: sbackup (Ubuntu)
Importance: Undecided
Status: New
