[Bug 719991] [NEW] Simple Backup-Restoration "revert" doesn't restore files
Public bug reported:
I get a skeleton tree of directories, but no files are present. Yeah,
I grabbed tar from natty to fix that bustage already.
I have sbackup back up /home, /var, /etc and /usr/local, daily, to
removable medium.
On my new machine, I aim "Simple Backup-Restoration" at my backup drive,
select the latest incremental, select /home/rusty and hit revert
(stupidest name ever, BTW, is this what I want to do?)
I get (all?) the directories, no actual files. I'm horrified that I've been relying on this
for backing my systems up on the assumption that restoration worked.
** Affects: sbackup
Importance: Undecided
Status: New
