As source code is edited on different platforms (i.e. Windows vs Linux) the line endings are sometimes changed. We need to 
* Upgrade our repository to 2a
* Use NativeWithCRLFinRepository for all installations of bazaar.

This requires upgrading clients to Bazaar 2.0.
