[Bug 535257] [NEW] No default setting in dropdown for runtime framework

Public bug reported:

Once an particular runtime version has been specified for an NUnit
project, it's no longer possible to remove that setting using the
project editor. There is no 'Deffault' setting in the dropdown and
clearing the combo box gives the error "The net-0.0 framework is not
available."
