[Bug 924504] [NEW] NUnit project files should have an Edit command association with the project editor
Public bug reported:
Under Windows, files of type .nunit have a Run Tests command that opens
them in nunit.exe. They should also have an Edit command that opens them
in the project editor, which is now a separate program. We could also
consider changing Run Tests to Open, since it's the default.
