Public bug reported:

I have a solution with 3 projects inside. I used NuGet to retrieve the
NUnit testing framework. One of the projects is a C# library exclusively
for tests. There is one class in there with multiple NUnit tests. None
of these tests are detected by the Unit Test Explorer. If I open the
project in VS 2010 I can run them fine using Visual NUnit runner.
