[Bug 1027227] [NEW] QuickStart document needs to be updated

Public bug reported:

The "Quickstart" doc has been around since at least NUnit 2.0 and is out
of date in a number of ways. At a minimum, we need to

1) Recreate it as html rather than using a microsoft word file. It can
be a single page or a set of 'chapters' If it's multiple pages, the
structure of the website requires a top level page with links to each
chapter.

2) Make sure everything in it still works with the latest NUnit.
Consider use of some newer NUnit features where they apply, while still
keeping it as an introductory level tutorial.

3) As has been suggested on the mailing list, use a more suitable data
type than float for the account balance.

4) Provide a link to the complete source of the finished example, which
does not now exist.

Once this is done, we can consider what to do with the existing Spanish
translation. Perhaps somebody can update it based on the new English
version.
