[Bug 1453793] [NEW] Names of tests declared in base classes should be default reflected names

Public bug reported:

If you have a base class containing tests

public abstract class BaseClass
{
   [Test]
   public void Test() {}
}

and a derived class

[TestFixture]
public class TestClass : BaseClass {}

and execute the tests of this class, the name of the executed test in result will be Namespace.TestClass.BaseClass.Test1
This behavior is not expected and the name should be Namespace.TestClass.Test1 instead. It will be unique anyway.

Kind Regards
