Hi Sergey,

I think the build is sufficiently complete that you can start
on the converting the VS2008 build to use and run under .NET 3.5
rather than 2.0.

You'll need to keep this in a separate branch till we release
2.9.1 - unless it's really fast and we promote it to 2.9.1.

For that matter, it's also possible to start on the .NET 4.0
build, but that's a bit of a bigger job since the project
doesn't even exist.
