Hi All,

Here's an interesting paper I had not seen before.

As many of you know, I got into this project back
in 2000 because I wanted to see if open source was
anything like agile development. The author of this
paper makes a pretty systematic case for how he
sees the two being related.

I don't agree with every little detail, but lots
of what's in there will be incorporated in the
project guidance for NUnit 3.0.
