I'm not a git & github user, so I'm not able to give my word on this.

Just for point (3), I agree that we could keep 6.1 on launchpad.

About all this "odoo" changes, I'm more worried about the bug management
thing and how they will convert all existing bug reports and branches on
the new platform.
