Re: ooc Revision Consideration (ORC)

Ohai folks,

After an interesting merge party (because the GitHub workers for the Fork
Queue are apparently out drinking), I've accepted and pushed our first ORC,
by champion Tres Walsh (SAHChandler).
http://is.gd/b7neW

May this be the first of many interesting ORCs!

As a reminder, the next few sensitive subjects could very well use an ORC:

   - Generics (Mostly standardizing the current compilers' behavior)
   - Testing framework (joshthecoder's proof pretty much fits the bill, I
   think)
   - Properties (as we've discussed on IRC)
   - Enums (as specified in this proposal http://is.gd/b7nmQ)

Enjoy!
