This isn't true. If someone dumps their stuff into staging and it breaks other things, that person is responsible for fixing it. If they don't, their changes can and should be rolled back.

Main is for Linas, the only guy trying to actually do something useful
with the code at the moment.

I think your comments may be offensive to Joel, Gama, Welter, Erickson, and others. Those people (as well as Linas, of course) are trying pretty hard to do useful things with OpenCog. Your constructive thoughts on how to improve the results they obtain, or the perception of usefulness (or not) of their work are welcome.

When the first group of people become interested in actually getting
stuff to work, the entire policy will change again.

Suggestions on policy are welcome as well, although at some point we have to just accept what the majority of developers have decided, and move on. This kind of implication about people's motives or contributions, however, isn't likely to be useful.
