Re: l10n_ca updates consequences... and COA templates

I'll try again to load a template which inherits from the "Canada - Plan
comptable pour les provinces

and tell you if I can achieve it... I didn't create any new account in my
child template, that's why I think I don't understand model inheritance
here.
