The correct approach should be:

Option A:

Make a branch per feature/change (Translations are available in launchpad none of them are necessary wired in code).

Option B:

As this set of modules are in alpha state yet, describe all your change/features in only one MP (but it is not a good practice for the future), in this way we can verify all of theme before merge them. (But none of them should be done over translations, translations are in Launchpad).

Recomendations: Translations are the last step technically speaking, or a middle step using launchpad, they are synched everyday at 12am.
