Thanks for your comment, I have forgot to add translation currently only french translation is available.

I have also change the point 1 and 2 on the frederic comment:

1 - If in the wizard, Duplicate taxe code linked is ticked, tax codes are not duplicated on the new taxe on the refund side (ref_base_code_id & ref_tax_code_id)... still refering to the old tax codes.

2 - On the wizard form (account_tax_update_config), the field name should be clearly named : 'legacy taxes prefix' (or a better description if you find an other one)
