so I just tested your new better_zip MP. But I don't get it.
So again, Savoir Faire, Vauxoo and us Akretion have thousands of zips per city.

So what do you propose? To de-normalize the city data (state_id, city code...) over all the millions of zip entries?
So say for us in Brazil, there are 6 millions of zip entries, that we are even not willing into the main DB. So we can certainly not have to de-normalize the data of our 5000 cities into these 6 millions of zip codes to get the city codes that we require into the DB. With our current solution we have only 5000 cities in the DB who are absolutely mandatory for electronic invoices, and 6 millions lines of zip very optionally.

So what do you suggest? Is there something I'm missing?
