Review: Needs Information

I'm currently fixing this proposal, there is just a point that needs information:

action['name'] (eg: Sale/Quotation) is a translatable field
action['report_name'] (eg: sale.order) is NOT a translatable field

The current implementation is using the action['report_name'], should I replace it with action['name'] ?
