Hello,

In 7 indeed reply_to and email_from are not taken into account when
using templates.  This is a known limitation of the system, due to the
lack of fields in the composer to store the information. Ferdinand's
patch is not applicable in 7.0 because it adds a new field. And the
patch for 6.1 is not applicable in 7 or trunk because the mail module
was completely rewritten for the 7.0 version; notably aliases have been
introduced to handle the reply-to concept.

In trunk reply_to and email_from are correctly managed, but note that
their value may depend on the options you choose in the mail composer
wizard.

Bug description:
  When sending an email from the system using a template with a Reply-to
  email address, this address is ignored and the reply-to field is
  always "Followers of......." and not the email address or field
  specified in the template.
