[Merge] lp:~openerp-community/openobject-server/trunk-CFA_currency into lp:openobject-server

Tidiane Sy (BAAMTU) has proposed merging lp:~openerp-community/openobject-server/trunk-CFA_currency into lp:openobject-server.

Requested reviews:
  OpenERP Core Team (openerp)

For more details, see:
https://code.launchpad.net/~openerp-community/openobject-server/trunk-CFA_currency/+merge/56956

This change adds the CFA ((Please see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/CFA_franc)) currency to the base currencies.
It is preparing another merge proposal which will add the l10n_syscohada addon. l10n_syscohada needs the CFA currency.
Thanks!
