Hi. I want to define some analytic accounts to evaluate sales and purchases on every office in a company. I had created purchases and sales analytic journals and some analytic accounts. Also I had defined some products wich are related with users in 'User/Products Rel' option in the analytic account definition. When I want to create a sale I can go through all workflow steps without problems, but there is no analytic entries in my related to my sales journal. Hello,usually analytic entries are written when invoice is confirmed. So, when you confirm the invoice generated from your sale order, analytic entries are written.
Moreover, if you want commercial documents to create analytic entries independently of invoice confirmation, you can follow the way of 'deferred choice' modules: http://apps.openerp.com/?text_search=deferred
For purchase orders, 'purchase_analytic_deferred_choice' is available. As we didn't need this behaviour for sale orders, no 'sale_analytic_deferred_choice' module exists, although it should be easy to create.
