How to add custom fields to project issues (version 6.2dev-20121119)

Hi,

I wonder how to add custom fields to project issues. In the demo
project, there are field "Task", "Tags", "Version", but one
might want to have "Product" and "Component" or whatever. Do I
have to add such fields under Settings -> Technical ->
Database Structure? Or elsewhere?
