do the thing of the tutorial for V7, then go to the 6.1 files and run the
openerp-server with specific params like this:

./openerp-server -w your_password -r your_user
--addons-path=/the/v6.1/addons/path --xmlrpc-port=PORTNUMBER
--netrpc-port=ANOTHERPORTNUMBER

BOTH PORTS HAVE TO BE DIFFERENT FROM EACH OTHER AND ALSO DIFFERENT FROM THE
RUNNING PORTS ON V7
