I'm not sure what kind of activity you are logging as I see in your draft
list of branch, a bunch of branches which seems very active to me and I
worked on.
At least the 7.0 series

Here I can explain this one. It is empty but waiting on the merge of a
major MP of port of budget module. Which should be soon merged.
