PEP8 allow now 99 (since something like 3 month), for me is fine longer
(even we change our internal policy due to this point).

Longer than that for me is difficult to read,

Advantage and disadvantage:

79 allow you verify sidebyside code with vim without brake lines.

99 low you shorter files.
