Cannot cancel a draft stock.move (Re: New WMS. Call for testers.)

The button to cancel a stock.move is not available on draft moves. The
move has to be confirmed ('Process Later') in order to be cancelable,
which sounds a bit strange.

(note: I experienced this though a move manually created in from
Warehouse -> Traceability -> Stock Moves  + Create button)
