In day to day life it is IMPOSSIBLE to enter inventory in real time - 
especially if a company has remote stock locations with no internet access.
it must be possible to enter inventory for past date (time)

just imagine - a hard working employee enters data after midnight to 
finish the inventory.
These moves will end up in the NEW month - this is definitively not 
correct and will cause wrong financial results
