feedback about inclusion of 2 modules in OCA sales-wkfl

proposes 2 new modules in OCA sale-wkfl branch. The goal is to follow a
requirement of one of our customers who wants to manage the product
attributes procure_method and supply_method with a single attribute
(module 1) and to also control drop shipping configuration from that
attribure (module 2).

I'm currently not sure if this is too specific for community or if this
serves a need shared by others, so your feedback (either here or
directly on the MP) is welcome.
