buildbot, openerp_command and server_environment

Hello,

I have started configuring the buildbot to test OCA addons.

The receipe currently uses openerp_command to run the tests. An issue I
am facing is that this setting ignores the openerp configuration file as
far as I can tell. This makes it impossible to install
server_environment, which will not install unless the configuration
option running_env is set.

I'm not sure what the best way to handle this is:

* file a bug against server_environment complaining about the behavior
* try to find a way to get the option inside openerp_command, e.g. by
forcing it to process a configuration file, and then trying to get that
change merged in server trunk
* other ideas ?
