Are you aware that you sound quite aggressive here? I suggest reading

1. To search for OpenERP module from Launchpad, you can use google with
a site:launchpad.net filter

2. To install modules from launchpad, download the source code, edit
your addons path, restart your server, connect as admin, click on
Settings -> Update module list, go to Settings -> Installed modules,
unselect the installed filter, find you module and install it.

3. To uninstall modules from launchpad, connect as admin, go to Settings
-> installed modules, find your module, click on uninstall.
