Dear all,

the version 1.8.3 of the buildout recipe is to be released soon, I hope
to do it tomorrow.

There are mostly usability improvements (user feedback and such), the
big changes are happening in the 1.9 series, as planned.

I've created the 1.8.4 milestone and launchpad and started rescheduling
issues that aren't ripe or that can wait.
