If you look at the Workers (Connectors > Queue > Workers) how many of 
them do you have ?

Perhaps you launched OpenERP in multiprocessing with --workers=x
Try to launch it with workers=0

ETA is for "Estimated Time of Arrival". That's used to delay jobs later, 
when empty, the job is executed asap.
