Ok forgive my last few posts. I have just read the mailing list posts since October. You are all hard add it. Kudos. 

I need to make the Jump from BZR to GIT in this situation. Have dealt w/ GIT, just need to Git a full build and try not to break anything. 

Would be really interesting to see if we can test OpenUpgrade next to all this as well. 
Re Magento planning, also just got notice of Version 2.0 Magento being released in some Developer Review mode so coming sooner than later I expect. 

Was there a Branch of the Magento side connector. I know I was running with something "more recent" than some of the postings. I will try to catch up on both sides of this. 

Thanks everyone for their work with this. Will try to become a Beta Tester.

Still exploring 8. 

Seems to me we need to find a way to drop a Magento Website on top of the Odoo Website so that all the "cool stuff" shows up. 

An example of how to do this is dropping a Magento Website onto Joomla . Magebridge from Yireo does a good job of that. 

I am a bit concerned about how Odoo has announced they are changing their License structure for Ver 9. Seems it is going "in house" and behind closed doors. That said, I don't fully understand. Sounded like "open source" would be "open to paying customers" in the future. 

anyway, hope I can help and will keep exploring the ver 8 steps.

Hi Outthere. 
I am looping back to the subjects Open/Odoo related. It seems there have been some posts recently about running the connector with Version 8 Odoo. 

My question starts: Is OpenUpgrade the technique for migrating a populated OpERP 7 build to Vers 8. 
then Finishes with: Can the connector be built back in using branch 8? 

I just did a test build of Odoo 8 and I like a few of the features. The Marketing/Email seems cleaner. 

If all this is before Prime Time, I will start bringing myself more slowly up to speed. 

I am super impressed with everyone's work and hope I can be more of a contributor.
