[Bug 666779] [NEW] only first customer address showing in read-only mode

If you open the Customer in read-only mode, (web client), you see only
the first customer address and arrows to scroll to the next customer
address are NOT displayed, and the # of customer address are not showed
either (for example 1 of 4).
