I wrote in comment 3 - we need 2 additional fields in stock_move for customer invoices
 ** move_value_sale == subtotal of invoice line
 ** move_value_cost == avg price at the time of sale

move_value_sale is used for the move value of the sale account - IMHO it's advantageuos to have this value stored in stock_move
move_value_cost is used to reduce the stock value and IMHO must be the average price so if all stock is used the value should be zero too.

adding up the 
* move_value_cost == stock (location) value
* move_value_sale == income account
