I agree that an account should not be able to go from Closed to Any Type. I
wondered whether it would be possible to go from Closed back to its original
Type if had come from one. (That is, the 'previous type' should be retained,
so that it could go back there.)

But I do not have a strong feeling about that at the moment - if there is no
route back from Closed, then that is probably Ok for now.
