Hi *,

the header of tree views is taking now too much space IMO (moreover on
gtk client)
If you sum the space required by the search form + extended options +
group by + filters and so on, you will understand we should allow users
to eventually hide the entire header and not just the single parts.

Also the numbers of icons on the top of the GTK client is increased on
v6 and now a resolution of 1280x800 is not sufficient anymore if you
display icons+text

what do you think?
