I would also be very interested in a working version for 7.0 of the
product_variant_multi.

Seeing how this is in ruby and I'm not familiar with it at all we might
need one of the developers to step in and work their magic.

I'm currently in a situation that would lead into my own conversion of the
module into v7 if this module would not be published soon (aka today).
