this file can be used to 
a) replace all "msgid" using "msgstr"  from matching "msgid" en_OE in all po 
files
b) replace all translatable strings in py files ( as the po files "know" in 
which file and line the "msgid" is located
 
This would allow "translators" to work simultaneously on en_OE improvements
and when finished run the mapping
