It has been fixed at http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~openerp-dev/openobject-addons/ron-dev-addons2/revision/5032#stock/stock.py.
Once the branch is merged, it will be available on trunk.

try to avoid negative wording

"Not from Picking" means "From Ordered Quantities" !?

IMHO this should match the wording used in SO
