Hi Guys, i am working with openerp 6.1 trying to create my first module 
which aims to localize the chart of accounts of my country, i.e. l10n_co

I have the chart of accounts in a .csv file that used to work with 
openerp 6.0 but it doesn't import into openerp 6.1 , so i decided that 
this will be the time to develop such module in order to facilitate my 
work and others works too.

So here are my beginner's questions:

  1. What is the most complete and polish l10n module for openerp 6.1 i
     should have to use as a skeleton ?
  2. How do i create a module in openerp ?
  3. How do i test the module without having to restart the openerp
     server ?
  4. How do i create the .pot files that are in use in that module ?
  5. How do i create the .po files that are found in l10n modules ?
  6. Can i use .csv files instead of .xml files or it is recommented to
     have a script to convert them to .xml at first ?
  7. Is there any other list that you will recommend i should join in
     order to get help in developing modules ?
